The UN SDGs IDEATHON is a competition where participants develop and present innovative solutions to address social and environmental challenges related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations — all within a limited timeframe.
Participants form teams with members from diverse countries, focusing on various global sustainability issues. Each team works through the full process: defining the problem, generating ideas for solutions, and presenting the expected impact.
During the event, teams will research and identify key SDG-related issues, explore potential solutions, and deliver tangible outputs within the given time.
All activities are conducted in English with multinational students, including team project presentations and official sessions.
There is no participation fee; however, participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Daegu.
